Shipping

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our website to track your order's status.

Incorrect or Missing Parts

Missing Parts

Please contact us at +447443850397 if it looks like any parts are missing from your item so we can help you further with the problem-solving. Please be sure to provide the item name, code, and the part you think is missing when getting in touch with us.

Incorrect items 

If you could send us a photo of the wrong item you received, we'll make arrangements for it to be returned and send you the right one instead. We are unable to reimburse you for shipping expenses if you decide to return an item on your own. 

Can I change my Shipping Address?

Once the delivery is in route, we are unable to change the delivery address. Within 2 hours of placing your order, Contact Us if you need to amend the delivery address.

Returns and Refunds

What to do I do if I receive the incorrect product or incorrect quantity of products?

If you have received an incorrect product please contact Eco Trade Supplies with the following information:

•    Order/shipment number
•    Part number
•    Photograph of goods delivered

Eco Trade Supplies will then investigate, and if it is confirmed that we have sent you the incorrect item we will send the replacement and organize collection of the incorrect item at your convenience.

How easy is it to returns goods to you?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, un-open or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 It is a customer's responsibility to arrange postage and packaging where there is a change of mind or request for an exchange.

There is a 25% re-stocking fee on returned products through change of mind and product exchanges

Eco trade supplies will remedy orders that are faulty or damaged upon delivery

We will process your refund typically within 3-5 working days of receipt and assessment of returned goods.

Can I Exchange my product

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will process your refund typically within 3-5 working days of receipt and assessment of returned goods
